The comments on this blog have been out of order for a few weeks, but as of today, they’re back in business.
I’ve been using this site as a test environment for Drupal 6 from 6.0 beta 2 up to 6.1. Along the way I’ve been tinkering and patching and I guess somewhere along the way, things got clogged around the time I installed the Mollom client.
Should you not know Mollom: it’s an excellent content moderation and spam prevention service developed and commercialized by Drupal lead Dries and his partner in crime Benjamin.
So I cleared the cache tables and session table, disabled all modules, upgraded to Drupal 6.2, upgraded all the modules, ran cron and voila: she purrs like a kitten once more.
